Terms And Conditions INDIVIDUAL GUESTS - In the event of omission of cancellation 24 h prior to your arrival, a No-Show Charge equivalent to the room rate for the first night shall apply. GROUPS - In the event of omission of cancellation 3 days prior to arrival of the group, a No-Show Charge equivalent to the room rate for the first night shall apply. If the reservation is not cancelled in the stated periods, a No-Show will be charged for the entire stay booked (100% charge). Cancellations must be advised in writing and proof of acknowledgement by Mercury-97 Ltd. should be retained ------------------ The cardholder could refuse the transaction by 48 hours. Otherwise, EUR 20 will apply as administrative fee. The cardholder has to inform Mercury -97 Ltd in writing by e-mail or fax. In case, Mercury-97 Ltd. could not keep the requested booking of the hotel by the client, an alternative will be proposed or upgraded to the next class, according to the same payment conditions. Mercury-97 Ltd. as data controller and/or processor, informs you that any personal data you provide, or any data received by third parties will be issued in connection to your participation to the congress/ hotel accommodation/ and / or to provide you with information regarding any other compatible activities organized by Mercury-97 Ltd. Data treatment shall mean any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the help of electronic or automated means and must guarantee the confidentially and security of your personal data.
